Providentia Gratia LLC ("Providentia Gratia," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use mobile applications developed and published by Providentia Gratia LLC.
Our applications are designed with privacy in mind. Information that users enter into our applications is generally processed and stored locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to or stored on servers operated by Providentia Gratia LLC.
Some of our applications may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob and its associated technologies may collect certain information as described below.
2. Information You Provide to Our Applications
Our applications generally do not require users to create an account or provide identifying information such as a name, email address, telephone number, password, or mailing address.
Information that you enter into an application is intended to remain on your device.
This may include information relating to health, wellness, medications, measurements, symptoms, notes, or other information that you choose to enter.
Providentia Gratia LLC does not transmit or store this information on its own servers.
3. Health and Wellness Information
Some of our applications may allow users to enter or maintain health, wellness, medical, or other sensitive information.
Examples may include:
- Blood glucose measurements
- Blood pressure measurements
- Weight
- Medications
- Symptoms
- Exercise or activity information
- Other health-related notes or measurements
This information is designed to remain locally on the user's device and is not transmitted to Providentia Gratia LLC.
Providentia Gratia LLC does not use health or medical information entered into its applications for advertising, marketing, or user profiling.
4. Camera and Photo Access
Certain applications may request access to the device's camera or photo library when necessary for a specific feature.
For example, an application may allow a user to photograph or select an image containing text and analyze that text.
Camera and photo access is requested only when necessary for the applicable application feature.
Where applicable, images and information obtained through the camera or photo library are processed locally on the device and are not transmitted to Providentia Gratia LLC for storage.
Users may control camera and photo permissions through their device settings.
5. Local Notifications
Some applications may provide optional local notifications or reminders.
Local notifications are generated by the application on the user's device.
These notifications do not require the user to create an account or provide personal information to Providentia Gratia LLC.
Users may enable, disable, or modify notification permissions through their device settings.
6. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
Information entered into an application may be stored locally on your device.
Providentia Gratia LLC does not have access to information that is stored solely on your device.
Information stored locally may remain on the device until you delete it through the application, delete the application, or otherwise remove the information through your device's operating system.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of information they wish to preserve.
7. Google AdMob and Advertising
Some Providentia Gratia applications may display advertisements using Google AdMob, a mobile advertising service provided by Google.
Although Providentia Gratia LLC does not intentionally collect or store the information that users enter into our applications, the Google Mobile Ads SDK used to provide advertisements may collect certain information from the device.
Depending on the configuration of the application, region, device, and applicable privacy settings, information processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK may include:
- IP address
- Device or advertising identifiers
- Information about advertisements displayed or interacted with
- App interactions, such as app launches and ad interactions
- Diagnostic and crash information
- Performance information
- Other technical information necessary to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services
Google states that the Google Mobile Ads SDK may use information for purposes including advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and improving the performance of the SDK and advertising services.
Google's handling of information collected through AdMob is governed by Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.

8. Health Information and Advertising
Providentia Gratia LLC does not intentionally transmit health or medical information entered into our applications to Google AdMob for advertising purposes.
Health, medical, and wellness information entered into an application is designed to remain locally on the user's device.
We will not intentionally use health information entered into our applications to create advertising profiles or to provide targeted advertising based on that health information.
9. Advertising Personalization and Tracking
Our applications may use Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Depending on the user's device settings, consent choices, location, applicable laws, and the configuration of the application, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Where Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework applies, the application will request the appropriate permission before engaging in tracking as defined by Apple.
Users can manage applicable advertising and privacy settings through their device settings and through controls made available by Google and the application.
10. Third-Party Services
Our applications may use third-party services necessary to provide particular functionality.
These services may include:
- Google AdMob for advertising
- Apple operating-system services and APIs
- Other third-party services that may be necessary for a particular application
Third-party providers may collect or process information according to their own privacy policies.
Providentia Gratia LLC does not control the privacy practices of independent third-party providers.
11. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
Except as described in this Privacy Policy or specifically disclosed for a particular application, Providentia Gratia LLC does not intentionally collect or store on its own servers:
- Names
- Email addresses
- Telephone numbers
- Mailing addresses
- User account information
- Passwords
- Contacts
- Calendar information
- GPS/location information
- Bluetooth information
- Microphone recordings
- Health information entered into the applications
- Photographs for storage on Providentia Gratia servers
- Information entered into the applications for storage on Providentia Gratia servers
This does not mean that third-party services such as Google AdMob cannot collect technical or advertising-related information. Such third-party collection is described in this Privacy Policy.
12. Data Security
Providentia Gratia LLC does not maintain a central server database containing information entered locally into our applications.
Users should use the security features available on their devices, including device passcodes, biometric authentication, encryption, and operating-system security features where available.
13. Children's Privacy
Our applications are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
We do not knowingly collect names, email addresses, or other identifying information from children through our applications.
Applications intended for children or distributed through Apple's Kids Category may be subject to additional privacy requirements, and those requirements will be addressed for the applicable application.
14. Your Privacy Choices
You may control permissions granted to our applications through your device's operating-system settings.
Depending on the application, you may control access to:
- Camera
- Photos
- Notifications
You may also control certain advertising and privacy settings through your device and through applicable Google advertising controls.
15. Data Deletion
Because information entered into our applications is generally stored locally on the user's device, Providentia Gratia LLC does not possess that information and therefore cannot directly delete it from the user's device.
Users may delete locally stored application information using available application functionality or by deleting the application from their device, as applicable.
Information collected independently by third-party services such as Google AdMob is subject to the policies and procedures of those third parties.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make changes, the updated Privacy Policy will be posted on this page and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
